How it works
- Open the returns portal from your order confirmation email or account area
- Select the item(s) and reason
- Choose return or exchange where available
- Follow the portal instructions for shipping the item back
Conditions
- Items should be unworn, in original condition, with tags/packaging where applicable
- Time windows and eligibility are shown in the portal
- Shipping protection claims (if purchased) are handled through the app
